Our Attorney, Neil I. Rumbak
Attorney Neil I. Rumbak has provided to clients legal representation in the areas of domestic and international tax planning and tax controversies, asset protection, estate planning and administration, and corporate law. In addition, Neil has served as a pro bono lawyer in the areas of tax, estate administration, and real estate.
Neil served a term as an associate editor of the Wealth Strategies Journal. In this capacity, he monitored and reported on tax, estate planning, and probate developments.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND LAW ASSOCIATIONS:
Neil was appointed to the Legacy Society Committee of his high school, Berkeley Preparatory School, in 2015.
Neil was awarded the Florida Bar Tax Section Fellowships for 2011-12 and 2012-13.
Neil is a member of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar.
Neil is active at the Chabad Jewish Center in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and on the Board of Directors of the Center for Interactive Torah Education (CITE).
Neil served on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Business Development Center and conducted workshops for Broward SCORE on legal and tax implications of starting and formalizing Florida businesses.

While at the University of Florida, Neil was inducted to Phi Beta Kappa. In law school, he was the Graduate Student and Law School Liaison to the Lubavitch-Chabad Student Group and was the Vice President of the Jewish Law Students Association.
Neil was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. He immigrated to the U.S. as a child and lived in Memphis and Tampa. He currently lives and works in Boca Raton. He enjoys learning about South African history and culture and running.
