EXPERIENCE:
Traci has provided legal representation in the areas of asset protection, wealth preservation planning, probate, and business organizations. She also is a tax consultant. Traci was the lead advisor on a capital-raising deal team responsible for securing more than $1 billion of funding for life insurance premium financing. In addition, Traci has lectured at various locations instructing life insurance agents and their major carriers on legal compliance issues pertaining to premium financing.

SCHOLASTIC ACTIVITIES:
While at the University of Florida, Traci was Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Mortar Board.
MEMBERSHIPS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
Traci is a member of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar, Tax Section of the American Bar Association, and American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. Traci is the appointed Co-Chair of the Meeting and CLE Statistics Committee, Tax Section of the Florida Bar. She is an elected officer, holding the office of Secretary, of the Florida Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
Traci also is a volunteer for Saving Young Hearts, Inc., and is a member of the University of Florida Levin College of Law Alumni Council and the Jewish Federation of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
